Vietnam works to support auto industry |

Vietnam and Thailand have agreed in principle, a framework which will help open up the Vietnamese auto market to imports.
This initiative will help lower barriers for importers who can provide warranties and maintenance, and should increase demand in the domestic aftermarket parts sector.
The two countries also agreed to raise bilateral trade to US$20 billion (665 billion baht) in 2020, up from $16.64 billion in 2017.
