Automotive market leaders like Ford has launched electrification strategy

Ford has recently launched a comprehensive plan of expanding its electrification market in China, including electrifying 70 percent of all Ford nameplates sold by 2025, expanding its electrified powertrain engineering capabilities in Nanjing. All of these are in line with its commitment to bring the best global EV technology to China.

The global automotive aftermarket is projected to exceed US$1 trillion by 2022. Asia-Pacific ranks as the fastest growing market with a CAGR of 8.3% from 2015 to 2022. The expanding vehicle parc is poised to spur demand for product markets including tyres, engine parts, spark plugs etc.
