As demand for textile materials, technology and solutions grows rapidly in the Vietnam and ASEAN markets, suppliers are eager to respond quickly and expand their business. With trade agreements in place, international orders are continuing to grow in Vietnam, while internal demand is driven by significant foreign investment in various local industries such as leisure and entertainment, hotel and tourism, and real estate.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam's technical textile exports reached over USD 676 million in the first nine months of 2022, up 17% compared to the same period in 2021. At around one third of the total, the US market accounted for the highest share of exports. Meanwhile, the global technical fabric market is forecast to grow from its current value of USD 42 billion to USD 82 billion by 2032, with VIATT positioned for exhibitors to take advantage.
