Visitor user manual

Step 1: Choose exhibitor on the system-matched exhibitor list
After visitor preregistration on Messe Frankfurt Visitor Services WeChat account, go back to main menu, tap AccountVisitor site, under
Prolight + Sound Guangzhou, tap My exhibitors to view your matched exhibitor list provided by business matching system based on your product interest of registration.

Under My exhibitors, click right corner button, and choose from:

1. All:to view and bookmark exhibitors from exhibitor list.
2. Bookmarked:to view your bookmarked exhibitors.
3. My matches:to view your matched exhibitor list provided by business matching system based on your product interest of registration.

Choose the appointment type
Tap My matches, choose exhibitors interested and taking appointments, and tap exhibitor name to view its company profile. You can also tap Add to my exhibitors to bookmark an exhibitor, and you can view it later under My exhibitors.

Tap Make an appointment and enter Appointment service page. You can choose to add:
1. Physical onsite appointments
2. Online appointments

Or, you can view all exhibitors taking appointments
After visitor preregistration on Messe Frankfurt Visitor Services WeChat account, go back to main menu, tap AccountVisitor site, under
Prolight + Sound Guangzhou, tap Exhibitors taking appointments to view all exhibitors taking appointments.

Choose the appointment type
Under Exhibitor taking appointments, you can view all exhibitors accepting appointments. Choose exhibitors you are interested in, and tap exhibitor name to view its company profile.

Tap Make an appointment and enter Appointment service page. You can choose to add:
1. Physical onsite appointments
2. Online appointments

Step 2: Send meeting invitation to exhibitors
After choosing the appointment type (physical onsite or online), you can select the appointment schedule.

If you choose to add a new online appointment, please pay attention to the meeting date and time which cover:
i. 10 — 15 May: Online meetings before show
ii. 16 — 19 May: Physical onsite and online meetings
iii. 20 — 26 May: Online meetings after show
The times displayed in the system is GMT / UTC +08:00.

Tap Send to send an invitation. The system will email exhibitors to remind them to respond to invitations.

Step 3: Manage and view your appointments
Tap My exhibitors under Account → Visitor site to manage your appointments, including:

1. View your appointment status.

2. View your appointment details, including appointment type, appointment time and meeting venue.

3. Change appointment date and time if needed, and the corresponding exhibitor will receive notification about the time change.

Join the online meetings
After exhibitors have confirmed online meeting invitations:

1. Buyers and exhibitors will receive emails with the links and passwords of the online meeting rooms.

2. Online meetings will be held through Zoom or Cisco Webex. Please follow the instruction in the email to enter the online meeting rooms.

3. Tap the link at the scheduled time to start a meeting with your exhibitors.
