Hybrid Showcase and Connect PLUS

In light of COVID-19 and with some exhibitors unable to attend the show in-person, we have offered an onsite showcase area for digital exhibitors to display their products and gain brand exposure, supported by the powerful matchmaking platform Connect PLUS and the official Intertextile mobile app. Exhibitors will be able to connect with buyers by instant messenger and schedule video meetings, integrating the traditional physical trade fair with online solutions. A total of 27 exhibitors will showcase their featured products in Hall 5.1 in physical and video format.

Zoom meetings

This edition, we have assisted VIP buyers to shortlist potential exhibitors and arrange Zoom meetings with them in advance of the show. Over 100 virtual meetings were scheduled and we have already received positive comments from both exhibitors and buyers who have partaken in the Zoom meetings.

Microban made their debut at Intertextile with their textiles antimicrobial & odor control technology. The Microban® antimicrobial fabric additives can be applied to common fabric types such as cotton, polyester and rayon to protect surfaces and ensure its durability, aesthetics and life cycle. Their technology is environmentally friendly, certified by bluesign® and effective against harmful bacteria which has become more important since the pandemic.

Xinao is a global leader in wool spinning. From wool trade, wool processing, wool top making, modification treatment, to spinning, dyeing, and finishing, it forms the wool worsted industry chain. They are presenting their BIO LANA-IB and CYNTHIA collections. BIO LANA-IB Wool is naturally biodegradable and combined with biodegradable Nylon fibres, is engineered to be broken down by microorganisms present in soil within approximately three years. For CYTHNIA, the fabric made from it has clean lines, crisp appearance and strong anti-bacterial functions.

Linton Tweeds years have been producing fabrics of the highest quality for fashion houses around the world for more than 100 years.
