Thank you for joining Intertextile Shenzhen Apparel Fabrics
Achievements this year
Once again, thank you for being a part of Intertextile Shenzhen Apparel Fabrics.
This year, the fair welcomed a total of 886 high quality exhibitors covering 50,000 sqm. Together with the concurrently held Yarn Expo Shenzhen, CHIC and PH Value, the four fairs attracted over 42,000 visits from 26 countries and regions.
More than 40 apparel brands sourced at Intertextile Shenzhen
Over 110 onsite & online meetings were arranged during the show with 40+ overseas and domestic brand buyers, including Airu, Chenyu, Coverdsg, EEka group, Ellassay, Gloria, Hamin Silk, Mukzin, Next, Rose Lingling and more.
“The timing of the Shenzhen show in July is very beneficial to us as it allows us to source in between seasons and for transitional summer / autumn products. It’s handy to have a show in July and is a bonus to be able to source some autumn season products early.”
Ms Catherine Watkins, Fabric Trend and Sourcing – Childrenswear, Next, UK
“At Intertextile, the vast amount of options and the clear categorisation of products by material/function and country/region is very beneficial to us as it makes it easy to find what you are looking for. At the fairs, we also have the chance to meet new suppliers, as well as existing ones, so it broadens the range of sourcing options.”
Prateek Agarwal, Head Fabric Sourcing Vietnam, Asmara International Limited, Vietnam
“The fair is able to attract quality buyers, including small brand designers and OEMs, from the Greater Bay Area as well as the Yangtze River Delta. Usually they would attend Intertextile Shanghai, but they were willing to travel to Shenzhen as they need to source new fabrics, and learn about the latest products and trends. With the four fairs being held concurrently, it provides a one-stop platform for the whole industry which is beneficial. Overall we’ve achieved our goal to make contacts with a few quality customers who make the purchasing decisions.”
Ms Kathy Lin, Heng Li String & Brand (Shanghai) Ltd, China
“A lot of unique brands in Shenzhen are emerging, and the supply chain here has developed quite well over the past 10 years. Many of our customers were from nearby areas which have seen more large brands emerge and a lot more investment in the past two years.”
Ms Annie Chen, Marketing Dept Manager, Korea Textile Center, Korea
