2020 Shenzhen International Trade Fair for Apparel Fabrics and Accessories

China’s Guangdong province - where Shenzhen is located - has lowered their public health emergency alert from Level 2 to Level 3 according to the State Council. This measure indicates that all hotels, restaurants, markets and factories will fully resume production and business while events, conferences and exhibitions will also gradually resume.

Exhibitions in the provinces’ main cities are scheduled to open in June after a long standstill in business. The pandemic-hit textile industry is expected to recover and rebound due to a longing for business matching and interaction after several months’ suspension.

Intertextile Shenzhen Apparel Fabrics will open as scheduled from 15 – 17 July 2020 in the brand-new Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, together with Yarn Expo Shenzhen. Get ready and explore business opportunities at the fair to secure your market position!

Extra hygiene practices will be arranged

As fair organisers, Messe Frankfurt’s first priority remains public safety and health of fairgoers. To ensure exhibitors and visitors are meeting in a safe, hygienic venue, health care practices will be arranged as below:

•	All exhibitors and visitors must have completed pre-registration and passed the real-name authentication before entering the hall*
•	Onsite temperature checks will be implemented
•	Crowd control will be executed onsite
•	All exhibitors and visitors will be required to wear a face mask during their visit
•	Trained operations staff will be responsible for onsite instructions of daily cleaning routines, handling traffic to avoid overcrowded situations and handling of emergency situations
•	Public areas will be sterilised every hour while meeting rooms will be thoroughly cleaned after each use
•	Adequate ventilation will be ensured through the monitoring of fresh air supply
•	Sufficient distances between audiences will be secured for seminars and conferences
•	Medical service points will be onsite for necessary protective materials and emergency use
