| Automechanika Shanghai officially opens today |

The 13th edition of Automechanika Shanghai grandly opens today. For the first time ever, the fair will cover 15 halls of the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai and celebrates its largest ever and highest quality edition:
• Exhibitors: 6,051 (5% increase)
• Exhibition area: 340,000 sqm (9% increase)
• Visitors: 130,000 (expected) (8% increase)

The Automechanika Shanghai press conference was held yesterday which welcomed over hundred of global journalists. The organiser shared about the highlights of the show and invited a number leading companies to present, including ACHR (China), Adayo (China), Baolong (China), Delphi (USA), Magneti Marelli (Italy) and Schaeffler (Germany).

A total of 19 country and region pavilions can be found on the show floor, as well as an increase in 14% of overseas exhibitors compared to last year.
